Three Joes are a growing chain that offer sourdough pizzas, craft beer, cocktails and milkshakes. They contacted Tailormade to design and install their bar and kitchen for a new site in Lincoln which opened in October 2022. The concept encompasses traditionally made pizzas produced with fresh sourdough, all made on site and cooked in a front of house dome pizza oven.

 

The pizza making process was analysed in detail when putting together the design. The back of house areas comprise of bulk storage, dough prep and a spacious potwash area, as well as a secondary pizza oven for starters and desserts. The front of house pizza oven and prep area gives the customers the ability to watch their pizzas being shaped and cooked. The shopfitted backbar sits directly onto reinforced bespoke stainless steel counters and the bespoke glasswash and bar fabrication, including an insulated ice well, makes the most of the compact bar design.
