The Colliers Arms – Elland Halifax
The Brief
To restore a beautiful village pub, located on the canal side between Halifax and Elland in Yorkshire. The pub was flooded in 2016 and has since undertaken a thorough refurbishment plan, whilst keeping its traditional/rural routes intact.
The Result
A well thought out traditional pub kitchen, designed with simplicity and space saving in mind. The kitchen in comprised of: A Lincat cookline which sits neatly under an up-to-date LED lit extraction system. The prep space and pass forms a horse shoe shape for best operation and everything is within easy reach. The pot wash is home to generously sized bowls and a Miadaid dishwasher. This kitchen provides everything that a traditional pub requires while bearing price in mind and the fit and finish is excellent.
We would like to thank Samuel Smiths for providing an opportunity to work with them, our engineers for providing a great service with excellent fit and finish and RN Wooler for managing a very well-run construction site.
